fall philosophy avec mr.klein
I said it before, and I’ll say it again…plain and simple…grey is fall, and Calvin Klein’s fall/winter ‘07 collection was no different. Simple, elegant and classic were key on the runways for this fall’s showings.

Looking for a great fall neutral for those cool nights?? Ditch the boring browns, and snag am adorable peacoat in understated tones of grey.

A twist on the typical, Calvin Klein does the pencil skirt like no other.

Calm, cool, and collected in masculine jackets and charcoal tights.

No one does classic, clean lines quite like Calvin.

Collars, gloves, and beautiful bags…oh my…

Oversized jackets and tapered pants…no, it might not be the eighties, but I’m still loving it!

Luxurious fabrics…and a skirt that fits in somewhere between the bubble and the pencil…

Evening wear gone Calvin…simply beautiful

Definitely do, do the A-line skirt this fall

Yes…this simply is a must-have for my fall/winter wardrobe

This particular piece is absolutely stunning…incredibly simple, yet minor detailing such as pattern on monochromatic, makes such an impact.

Comfortable and elegant really can exist together in one classic piece.

Again, the monochromatic with pattern, flawless, and the metallic shoe adds just the right amount of instant glamour.

Sweaters are my absolute favourite part of the season, and this mid-rise look is great when done in an understated shade of grey, but a definite no-no when wearing colour.

Did I mention that I was madly in love with Calvin Klein already?? This piece is perfection.

And yet again, flawless, the figure-hugging pencil skirt and knitwear paired together makes for a beautiful contrast.

Not for everybody, but I definitely love the look of the bulky short-sleeve over the second-skin long sleeve…and reptile-printed bags have never been hotter.

Again, pencil skirt and knitwear…stunning combination!
…and the jackets have arrived…

Fear not the light grey and dark tights!

Black is still alive….and so is shoulder detail…

This may be my favourite from the entire collection…or atleast a tie…the feminine touches of the shear fabric used underneath finishes off this adorable number…

Okay, so I have several favourites…
I must confess, Calvin lost me a while back, but luckily he has now earned back my full attention…What a collection! The fabrics and the detailing has me ready to shop for fall, and I must admit, I will be adding some CK into my wardrobe this season!
Thanks to the wonderful Raymund Galsim for capturing the collection so beautifully!

Excellent photos, Dody Galsim!
